1. Who we are

2. What BluOrbit does

BluOrbit helps people in Canada find government and institutional grants, shows how well a grant may fit, and helps prepare application material. Blu is our AI assistant.

• BluOrbit drafts and, where you have approved the draft, fills grant portals for you.
• You review everything and you press submit. BluOrbit never submits an application for you.
• BluOrbit does not guarantee that you will qualify for, or be awarded, any grant. Match scores, difficulty and odds are estimates, not promises.
• Blu is an AI and can be wrong. Check every grant's details, deadlines and eligibility on the funder's own page before you rely on them.
• BluOrbit is not a law firm, an accounting firm or a financial adviser, and nothing it says is legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account may apply to a given grant once per company. [TO CONFIRM: minimum age and any business-use requirement.]

4. Plans, trial and payment

• Searching and matching on the free plan is free.
• The trial costs $1 (Canadian dollars) for 14 days. After the trial the plan continues at the monthly price shown on the plans page, currently $99 per month for Pro, unless you cancel before the trial ends. [TO CONFIRM: wording of the automatic-renewal disclosure required for subscriptions.]
• Prices are shown on the plans page, in Canadian dollars, and are charged by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card number. [TO CONFIRM: whether taxes are added and how.]
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period already paid, unless stated otherwise at checkout. [TO CONFIRM.]

5. Your content and facts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give BluOrbit (for example revenue, headcount, certifications). BluOrbit drafts only from your profile, documents you upload and sourced examples, and asks you when a fact is missing. You must not ask BluOrbit to state something untrue in an application. You grant us permission to process your content to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempt to break or overload it, no scraping or reselling of its output, no sharing of your login, and no use of the service to submit false information to a funder.

7. Third-party sites

Grant portals and funder websites belong to others. We are not responsible for their content, availability or decisions. If you give BluOrbit access to a portal login, you confirm you are allowed to, and we use it only to fill the application you approved.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep BluOrbit available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change. Grant information can be out of date; we mark what we have verified, and closed grants stay visible for reference.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, BluOrbit is provided "as is", and we are not liable for lost grants, missed deadlines, indirect or consequential loss, or decisions made by funders. [TO CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL: liability cap, Quebec and other consumer-law carve-outs.]

10. Ending use
